Ekaterina Mohn
For nearly two decades, Ekaterina Mohn has led a life marked by strength and unwavering devotion to her community and the growth of others. As a single mother of three children, she has shaped a home rooted in empathy and awareness—while simultaneously building a life of purpose beyond its walls.
Ekaterina's path has never been confined to convention. Rather, it has unfolded through chapters of leadership, education, and personal reinvention. She served with excellence as Chair of the Board at the International School of Bergen (ISB), guiding the institution through seasons of strategic growth and community renewal. Her role extended beyond governance; she became a trusted advocate for student wellbeing, inclusive policies, and cross-cultural dialogue. Fluent in Norwegian, Russian, and English, she worked seamlessly across cultures and perspectives—building bridges between families and educators.
As an ambassador for one of Norway’s most recognized cultural events—the Bergen International Festival—Ekaterina brought artistry and accessibility together, leading to effective engagement and representation.
She now serves as an Ambassador for the NextGen Neighbor Network, a dynamic initiative she helped cultivate with her sister-in-law, Louise Mohn. As one of the original architects behind the concept, Ekaterina helped shape its mission with her knowledge and personal experiences.
Ekaterina’s academic and professional development reflects a lifelong commitment to learning across disciplines that nourish both mind and heart. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of London, complemented by specialized coursework in Fashion Promotion and Media at the London College of Fashion. In 2014, she became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, deepening her understanding of holistic wellness and nutritional healing. Her passion for innovation and human-centered solutions led her to complete the Mastering Design Thinking course at MIT Sloan Executive Education. Ekaterina has also pursued extensive continuing education in child psychology and brain development through the work of Dr. Daniel J. Siegel, and completed The Parent Practice course in London. Her self-directed studies in family health and nutritional therapies further reflect her dedication to integrative approaches that support wellbeing across generations.
Ekaterina Mohn stands as a thoughtful, strategic, and seasoned leader—rooted in values, open in spirit, and ever-curious about what comes next.
